Plumber – Tasks and Responsibilities
As a Plumber with Cushman & Wakefield, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving plumbing systems across our portfolio of properties. Your responsibilities will include:
- Installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems
- Responding to emergency plumbing issues efficiently
- Conducting inspections and identifying potential system issues
- Interpreting blueprints and building specifications
- Complying with local and national plumbing codes and safety standards
- Collaborating with other maintenance and facilities staff
- Maintaining accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Providing excellent client-facing service when working on-site
Overview of Education, Experience, and Credentials
We’re looking for a technically skilled and dependable professional who takes pride in high-quality workmanship.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Certified plumber (NZ registration/licensing required)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in plumbing maintenance or installation
- Knowledge of both residential and commercial plumbing systems
