Gardener – Tasks and Responsibilities
Help create and maintain beautiful, peaceful gardens that support the wellbeing of our senior residents.
- Maintain village grounds: mowing, edging, weeding, pruning, and planting
- Enhance gardens with seasonal flowers, shrubs, and trees

We’re seeking a gardener who’s reliable, passionate, and service-focused.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience in garden or grounds maintenance
- Experience in aged care or retirement village settings (preferred)
- Horticulture training or certification is a plus
- NSW Driver’s Licence (required)
