Overview of Education, Specialization, and Credentials Required for the Job
We are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:
Languages:
- English (required)
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in customer service roles (hospitality preferred)
- Experience in medium-to-large restaurants; 5-star hotel background is a plus
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Barista or coffee-making skills (preferred)
- Ability to work in high-energy, fast-paced environments
- Strong teamwork and multitasking abilities
- Customer-first mindset with attention to detail
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional food and beverage service to guests in restaurants, bars, and in-room dining
- Greet and serve guests with professionalism and warmth
- Take food and beverage orders clearly and efficiently (including room service)
- Offer recommendations and knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and dietary considerations
- Deliver food and drinks to guests in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area and work environment
- Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols
- Work collaboratively with kitchen, front-of-house, and bar teams
- Contribute to a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for all guests
