We are currently looking for Fruit Pickers to join us at various farm locations in Winfield and Salmon Arm, BC for the upcoming cherry season. This is a full-time, seasonal role, with work starting mid-July.

Fruit Picker – Tasks and Responsibilities
As a Fruit Picker at Kalwood Farms, your role will be vital to our harvest season. Your daily tasks will include:
- Picking and harvesting ripe cherries from trees
- Climbing ladders and support structures to access fruit
- Sorting and handling fruit with care and accuracy
- Working efficiently to meet daily picking targets
This work is physically demanding and performed outdoors, often in hot and dusty conditions, but it’s also rewarding and team-oriented.

Overview of Education, Experience, and Credentials
We’re looking for hardworking individuals with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. No prior experience is required, but the following attributes are highly valued:
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- 1 to less than 7 months of relevant or similar outdoor labour experience (preferred)
Skills and Attributes:
- Physically fit with stamina for repetitive, hands-on work
- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
- Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
- Reliable, flexible, and a good team player
