Education: Hospitality Management qualification (certificate, diploma, or degree)
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a fine dining management role
- Proven leadership in a high-end food & beverage environment
Skills:
- Strong focus on guest excellence and attention to detail
- Effective team leadership and mentoring ability
- Financial management experience (budgeting, ordering, stock control)
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills
- Fine dining service training and delivery expertise
- High standards of professionalism and presentation
Tasks and Responsibilities
As a Restaurant Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily restaurant operations and guest experience
- Leading and motivating a team with a collaborative and respectful culture
- Managing budgets, stocktakes, and ordering with efficiency and accuracy
- Coordinating rosters, briefings, recruitment, and staff reviews
- Ensuring interdepartmental communication for seamless service delivery
- Training and mentoring staff in high-end service practices
