Overview of Education, Specialization, and Credentials Required for the Job

We are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:

Languages: English (required)

Education: Hospitality Management qualification (certificate, diploma, or degree)

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a fine dining management role
  • Proven leadership in a high-end food & beverage environment

Skills:

  • Strong focus on guest excellence and attention to detail
  • Effective team leadership and mentoring ability
  • Financial management experience (budgeting, ordering, stock control)
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills
  • Fine dining service training and delivery expertise
  • High standards of professionalism and presentation

Tasks and Responsibilities

As a Restaurant Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing daily restaurant operations and guest experience
  • Leading and motivating a team with a collaborative and respectful culture
  • Managing budgets, stocktakes, and ordering with efficiency and accuracy
  • Coordinating rosters, briefings, recruitment, and staff reviews
