Outpatient Assistant – Tasks and Responsibilities
As an Outpatient Assistant, you will support our multidisciplinary team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and excellent care delivery for patients. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting Registered and Enrolled Nurses in daily tasks
- Supervising and assisting with patient movement
- Chaperoning medical staff during outpatient clinics
- Cleaning medical instruments, scopes, and rooms
- Preparing patient notes and assisting with stock control
- Contributing to a clean, safe, and efficient clinical environment
Note: This role involves minimal patient contact.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience in a healthcare or support role desirable
- Familiarity with clinical environments an advantage
