Overview of Education, Specialization, and Credentials Required for the Job
THE COMFORT GROUP – SLEEPYHEAD is looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:
- Languages: English (required)
- Education: NCEA Level 1 or equivalent preferred
- Experience: Manufacturing or factory experience is an advantage, but not essential
Skills:
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 30kgs
- Good time management and reliability
- Attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Strong health and safety awareness
- Experience with fabric/textiles is a bonus
Tasks and Responsibilities
As a Process Worker, your key responsibilities will include:
- Operating machinery and rotating through various production duties
- Conducting quality assurance checks on finished products
- Packing, labelling, and preparing items for dispatch
- Manual handling and lifting of materials (up to 30kgs)
- Following all health and safety procedures and reporting any hazards
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
