RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Housekeeper at Kenaston Hotel, you will play an important role in maintaining clean, comfortable and well-presented guest areas. The position involves routine hotel housekeeping duties as well as responding to guests’ requests for supplies and basic information.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Vacuuming carpets, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture.
• Making beds and changing sheets.
• Distributing clean towels and toiletries to guest rooms.
• Stocking and organizing the linen closet.
• Responding to guests’ requests for additional supplies or other items.
• Providing guests with basic information about hotel facilities.
• Picking up debris and emptying trash containers.
• Performing light housekeeping and general cleaning duties.
• Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards throughout assigned areas.
• Following workplace health, safety and housekeeping procedures.
• Working efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
