Job Requirements
South Pacific Meat wants individuals who can fulfill the following requirements:
- Languages: English
- Education: No formal education required
- Experience: No experience required
- Certifications (Preferred but Not Required): WHMIS, Food Safety Certification
- Specialization: Knowledge of food processing equipment and safety procedures
Responsibilities & Tasks
As Process Workers/Factory Workers, you will be carrying out the following tasks and duties:
- Operate and monitor food processing machines
- Sort, pack, and label meat products
- Follow safety and hygiene protocols
- Maintain cleanliness in the processing area
- Handle and transport raw materials and finished products
- Perform general labor tasks as assigned
Additional Information
- Security and Safety: Drug test, Medical exam
- Transportation/Travel Requirements: Own transportation preferred
- Work Conditions & Physical Capabilities:
- Physically demanding
- Standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods
- Ability to lift weights up to 25 kg (55 lbs)
