Job Requirements
Tantalus Security Ltd. is looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Languages: English
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role
- Certificates (Required): First Aid Certificate, Security Guard License
Work Environment:
- Outdoors
- Security guard agency setting
Responsibilities & Tasks
As Security Guard Supervisor you will carry out the following tasks
- Act as the main point of contact in emergency situations
- Prepare and submit reports on progress and incidents
- Order and manage security equipment and supplies
- Resolve work issues, provide guidance, and improve productivity
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule security staff activities
- Train security guards in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
- Establish work schedules and procedures
