Overview of Education, Specialization, and Credentials Required for the Job
We are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:
Education:
High school diploma or GED (required)
Experience:
Painting or general labour experience (preferred, but not mandatory)
Customer service experience considered an asset
Skills:
- Experience in visual arts or residential painting
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8–10 hours
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle (roof rack preferred or provided)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Follow Sky Bound Painting systems and processes on job sites
- Set up and clean up painting projects efficiently
- Prepare surfaces and apply paint using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Conduct final walkthroughs with clients and ensure satisfaction
- Maintain a professional, respectful, and safe work environment
- Travel to various job sites throughout Edmonton and surrounding areas
