Tasks and Responsibilities
As a Bar or Wait Staff member at Brew Union Brewing Co, you will be responsible for the following tasks and duties:
- Taking customer orders and delivering food and beverages
- Providing exceptional table and bar service
- Engaging with guests to create a welcoming and memorable experience
- Ensuring cleanliness and organization of your work area
- Handling payments and operating the POS system
- Supporting team members during peak service times
- Promoting house beers and menu specials with confidence

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
- Be prepared for physically demanding work including standing for long periods and moving quickly between tables and service areas
- Late evening finishes (up to 1:30am) are a regular part of the role
- You’ll be working in a dynamic, often noisy environment with frequent public interaction
