Café Manager – Tasks and Responsibilities
As a Café Manager at Figaro Coffee House, you will lead our café operations with excellence, creating a welcoming space where both customers and staff thrive. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily operations and staff performance
- Planning and organizing schedules and café activities
- Hiring, training, and supervising staff
- Modifying food prep methods and pricing based on budget
- Providing exceptional customer service at all times
- Managing inventory and maintaining café supplies
